Nail Tab Application Tips:
- Begin with clean nails.
- Match the nail tabs number to your appropriate nail bed size.
- Press the adhesive tab to your natural nail and hold down to secure.
- Gently peel off the backing, and firmly attach your press-on nails.
PRO TIP: for extended wear, apply the adhesive tabs onto natural nails, nail glue on top of the adhesive tabs, then the press-on nails. This will allow for a less damaging removal process of your press-ons later and also it will allow for double the hold strength.

These were great and are an awesome alternative versus the glue and especially if you want to try different nails in a shorter period of time they come off a lot easier than the glue I like using the tabs
