Return Policy

At Glamnetic, your safety and satisfaction are of top priority to us. 

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are FINAL. However, we do have a policy in place to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you received a damaged item or are dissatisfied with your order, we are here to help! To request a return authorization, please email us within 14 days of order delivery. Please return your item(s) in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Additionally, we can only accept returns for items purchased directly at Glamnetic.com. We do not accept returns of products sold at retail partners.

In the email, please include the:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of the item
  • Photos of the item

Our support team will review the request and will contact you with further instructions.
