What is the Glamnetic Reward Program?
The Glamnetic Reward Program is our free reward program that gets you the best and most exclusive deals when you shop us! Shopping and interacting with Glamnetic is all you need to do to earn points!
How do I join?
Simply start by creating an account with us (https://glamnetic.com/pages/loyalty). Just by signing up, you’ll receive an EASY 150 points! From there, you can continue collecting more and more points to redeem for exclusive and free goodies!
What are the 3 tiers?
Glam Babe, Glam Princess, and Glam Queen. Reaching the Glam Princess and Glam Queen tiers requires a minimum spending, with more details down below. Benefits vary in tiers and some tiers may receive more benefits than other tiers.
How do I achieve a Glam Babe tier?
All members will start off at Glam Babe when you first sign up!
How do I achieve a Glam Princess tier?
Glam Princess is the second tier in our reward programs. To achieve this status, the member must spend a minimum of $750.
How do I achieve a Glam Queen tier?
Glam Queen is the third tier in our reward programs. To achieve this status, the member must spend a minimum of $1500.
Will my tier status ever expire/change?
Do my loyalty points expire?
Nope! Points never expire, but we encourage you to redeem your points for the full Glamnetic Loyalty Program experience!
How do I earn points?
It’s super easy to earn points in our rewards program! The more you shop and interact with Glamnetic, the more points you’ll earn. Some easy ways to earn points include:
- Make a purchase.
- Join our mailing list
- Follow our Socials!
- Refer friends
- Leave a product review
- Birthday points!
How many points can I earn?
The limit does not exist, Glam Babe! You can earn endless points.
How do I refer a friend?
- Log in to your account and click on the “Crown” Icon to head to the rewards page.
- Click on, “Refer a friend”.
- You will be provided with a unique affiliate link. Copy and paste link to share with your friends! They will receive $20 off their first purchase.
- Once your friend signs up and spends $60+, you will receive your points after the 2 weeks return period.
Where can I find my points?
- Login into your account.
- Click on the Rewards tab or click on the Crown Icon.
- Your points will be displayed on the banner.
When will my points appear in my account?
Points will appear in your account 2 weeks after the return window expires.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, click on the “Rewards” tab. Scroll down to “Get Rewards”, and click on the reward you wish to redeem and the item will be added to your cart. Happy redeeming!
- Click on the Crown Icon.
- Based on your points available, the prizes will be available and displayed.
- Once you locate the reward you want, click “Redeem” and a pop up will appear for confirmation.
- Once it’s confirmed, the item will be added to your cart for check out.
- Head to checkout!
- Once you’re there, you will be prompted to use the slider to select the amount that you want off from your order.
I don’t think my points are displayed correctly, what do I do?

I can’t see my points on the mobile app, is there something wrong with my account?
To check your points, please visit our website. Our mobile app doesn’t display your points (yet ;) )
Do I have to purchase something to use my points?
Yes, you must purchase an item to redeem your points.
Can I redeem multiple items all at once?
Yes, you can redeem multiple items, such as lashes and accessories. However, you can’t not redeem a tangible item and use your voucher at the same time.
Can I redeem my vouchers and use my discount all at once?
No, only one can be applied at a time.
Can I return or exchange an item that was purchased with my loyalty points?
Yes, if you return your full order you will receive your points back. If it's a partial refund, your points will not be refunded as they are taken off the full order.
What is Double Points Day?
Do you like spending and earning back rewards even faster? We have Double Points Day where we double the points in your account when you spend!
For Glam Bae, you get 10 points per $1 spent.
For Glam Princess, you get 14 points per $1 spent.
For Glam Queen, you get 20 points per $1 spent.
When does Double Points Day occur?
It’s a complete surprise! However, we highly recommend joining our VIP Exclusive Community Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/glamneticfam to be the FIRST to know when we have double points or special events regarding our rewards program! Be sure to also follow us on all our social channels and be a part of our SMS/Emailing list to know exactly when these events occur!
How often will my orders be shipped?
Glamnetic lash subscription order will be shipped out monthly. Once your payment is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship. A shipping confirmation along with a tracking link will be sent via email to the email you subscribed with.
How does a Glamnetic subscription work?
Subscribing is the best way to shop Glamnetic - subscription orders always come at a discount and ship for free within the US.
Starting a subscription is super simple - choose the products you need, how often you want them (most people choose delivery every 1 month), and that's it! You will be placing an order now and signing up for a subscription. Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule, and you can change or swap your products, update your address, or cancel at any time.
How do I start a subscription?
We have two ways to start a subscription, but first you’ll want to create an account so you can manage your subscription. If you don’t have one, you can make one here.
Next, you can either:
Browse the subscription collection for the product you want, choose the discounted Subscribe & Save option, select your shipping frequency (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and add to cart.
You'll place an order AND start your subscription upon checking out.
What products are eligible for a subscription?

What are my delivery options?
You can set your subscription to renew every 1, 2, or 3 months. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription, and your order will ship out shortly afterwards
We offer free ground shipping for subscriptions shipping within the US. Please note that subscriptions are only available to customers in the US.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Under the "Subscriptions" tab you have the options to either "Swap", "Edit" or "Cancel" your subscription.
What savings do I get for signing up for subscriptions?
By signing up for subscriptions you save 20% on all your lash needs included in every subscription order.
If I cancel my subscription, is my order canceled as well?
If your subscription is cancelled within 24 hours of being received your order will be cancelled as well.
Can discount codes be applied to subscriptions?
Unfortunately, our discount and promo codes apply only to individual items and occasionally bundles on our main site. Keep an eye out for subscription discounts and other deals in the future!
How do I skip my monthly subscription?
Managing your monthly subscription can be done online through your account or you can contact our customer support team : email@example.com to help with modifying your subscription at anytime.
To skip your subscription:
Log into your Glamnetic account, where you will find upcoming orders. Under each upcoming order, you will find a "skip" button located, allowing you to skip any upcoming shipment.
Please note Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. While you may cancel your subscription at any time, a subscription order that has already been processed will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.
When will I be billed?
Each subscription box will be billed when the subscription is shipped.
Can I return or exchange my lash subscription once received?
We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
To initiate a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once received, products will be examined and any unused products will be issued a full refund through your original payment method within 7 business days.
How do I swap my lash style?
If you want to change the lash style chosen for your subscription box, log into your Glamnetic account to manage the lash styles you’ll be sent. Here, you can also choose specific lash styles to be one time subscription items if you wish.
To modify your subscription payment information:
Log into your Glamnetic account and click "Manage Subscription".
Under the "Billing Information" section, you can select "Change payment info."
Please note this will update your payment information for future shipments. If you have a pending subscription shipment being held due to a payment error please contact our customer support team to resolve this issue.
I’m part of the Glamnetic Rewards Program. Will my subscription purchase be eligible to earn loyalty points?
Yes! You will be eligible to receive Glamnetic Rewards points for every subscription purchase or monthly renewal.
Can I start a subscription with a Glamnetic Gift Card?
Yes, you are able to start a subscription on a Glamnetic Gift Card with sufficient funds. However, you will be asked to update your payment method before your next subscription is processed if the gift card no longer has sufficient funds.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. You can manage your account including your shipping address by logging into your Glamnetic account. Once logged in, find the “Subscriptions” tab and click “Manage Subscriptions”. There you will be able to change your shipping address and any other personal information related to your subscription. However, if your subscription has already been shipped, please contact email@example.com for extra help in getting your subscription to the correct location.
Do I pay shipping for every subscription shipment?
Nope! Subscriptions always include free shipping.
